Moist orange cake for Mr. Koh's farewell.. It is a 2.3 kg cake. Huge so that everybody could try it. I used pure butter for the buttercream as I don't like the taste of margerine. But that gives me soft topping.. Tak sesuai untuk cuaca panas.. And my favourite ornament comes back!!!
