I buat this cake for my colleague.. I try out new recipe with pineapple.. Ada sorang kawan ni bagi nanas dalam tin.. Dan sorang lagi pulak teringin nak makan carrot cake and she is pregnant.. Ape lagi I ambil kesempatan untuk buat kek ni la.. and the outcome was yummie.. Tak payah pakai buttermilk or susu tapi moist jugak.. Sedap sangat.. Cuma nanas tu i tak crush, I cuma dadukan je.. So bila potong tu dan terkena nanas die kurang santekk..hehe.. yang kelakarnya I tak sempat nak pipe carrot kat atas kek tu.. So I hangkut semua pi office.. dengan nozzle dan piping bag semua tau..Konon nak buat tutorial kat office la.. Ajar kawan kawan buat carrot yang chomel tu.. So ni la keknye.. dengan pelbagai bentuk carrot.. siap ada baby carrot lg kt bawah tu..bila husband i tgk dia kata carrot yg tertanam dalam tanah lagi.. kikiki..
I tak sempat nk snap yang nampak kek.. Ni nampak topping je.. layan la..

Ordered for mummy Fissa as well for candy buffet. I made a 9" size of brownies so boleh dpt banyak cut untuk candy buffet. Harum satu rumah kalau bakar brownies ni.. nyum nyum!!

Ordered for a 1 year old girl birthday party by Fabulos party planner.. Quite a last minute order but I manage to prepare the desserts as requested. Alhamdulillah.. Very happy preparing this small pavlova.. Looks delicious with lots of fruits and cream on top of it. TQ kak Fissa for your trust..

It is a request for the velvet to be changed to theme color.. which is blue.. Yummie blue velvet.. tetibe I pulak yang suka makan walaupun color biru ye.. Thrust me, the color doesn't effect the taste.. Still sedap.. Ewah dah angkat bakul pulak.. Ok jom tengok gambar.. 

 Blue velvet after crushed and before mix with cream cheese.




Actually the theme is BMW blue. Tapi I tak dapat nak menyamakan chocolate tu like biru BMW.. This is almost.. :) 

For two different events. Candy buffet by Hafissa, Fabulous party planner. It is a mix of Blueberry cheese tart, Strawberry cheese tart and Chocolate cheese tart.
