I bake this for mother in law and friends.. Everybody loves it.

Look at the texture.. moist and yummie!!

Ordered by colleague. This is the first time i bake this cake. A special request for hari raya AidilAdha. She gave me the recipe and ask to do that. I've decided to use my chocolate sponge cake recipe since I know it taste best. A little changes on the mousse recipe and done!!! 

So rich isn't it?

I made 2 layer of cheese mousse and 1 layer of chocolate mousse. So total of 7 layers. yummie!!!

A day after hari raya, I went to office as usual. Tak ambil cuti lebih pun sebab raya kat KL je.. Rumah parents in law.. Suddenly my customer datang dari belakang and said "Ita!! Sedap Giler Ita!! Sekali mengadap habis." Alhamdulillah... Happy I datang office dapat berita yang menggembirakan. She was worried before if the cake is too big, they can't finish it. But Alhamdulillah syukur.. tiada pembaziran berlaku di situ. Thanks akak!!

Dan bermula hari ini, saya menjadikan Chocolate cheese Indulgence ini sebagai ahli baru!! Sapa nak order boleh bagitau. It is a 2kg cake with 2 layer of cheese mousse and 1 layer of chocolate mousse. RM 90. It's worth enough. =)

It's been awhile Kak Fissa order macaroon for herself.. Nak rasa air tangan I..Tapi I asyik tak sempat buat je.. Sorry kak.. This time I try my best untuk buat jugak because this little thing is a bit fussy.. Tak boleh buat malam sebab nanti shell dia susah nk kering and form the hard surface. But if I had to do it at night, I use air cond to dry it out.. I decide to do 1 batch with two color.. I use chocolate ganache and peanut butter fillings, my favourite!! So I hope she satisfied!! Thanks akak for this weekend order!!

Theme red velvet lollipop cake ordered by Hafissa Fabulous Party for her client dessert table. Tengkorak tu jadi tak? Agak susah nk membentuknye actually.. But I hope the pink ribbon helps to recognize the monster. ;) Kartun ni I rasa tak berapa famous di Malaysia (actually do u think so?) haha.. Coz I tak pernah dengar actually.. Bila google barula I tau oooo yang ni rupanya monster high tu.. BTW thanks for ordering Kak Fissa!

Alhamdulillah banyak petunjuk sebab ramai yang dah buat.. There u go!! Banyak step nye boleh tahan.. 3-4 jam jugak baru siap 25 pcs hello kitty lollipop cake! Enjoy!
