Ordered by colleague. This is the first time i bake this cake. A special request for hari raya AidilAdha. She gave me the recipe and ask to do that. I've decided to use my chocolate sponge cake recipe since I know it taste best. A little changes on the mousse recipe and done!!!

I made 2 layer of cheese mousse and 1 layer of chocolate mousse. So total of 7 layers. yummie!!!

A day after hari raya, I went to office as usual. Tak ambil cuti lebih pun sebab raya kat KL je.. Rumah parents in law.. Suddenly my customer datang dari belakang and said "Ita!! Sedap Giler Ita!! Sekali mengadap habis." Alhamdulillah... Happy I datang office dapat berita yang menggembirakan. She was worried before if the cake is too big, they can't finish it. But Alhamdulillah syukur.. tiada pembaziran berlaku di situ. Thanks akak!!

Dan bermula hari ini, saya menjadikan Chocolate cheese Indulgence ini sebagai ahli baru!! Sapa nak order boleh bagitau. It is a 2kg cake with 2 layer of cheese mousse and 1 layer of chocolate mousse. RM 90. It's worth enough. =)
